2 Vista Murrieta Attorney High School students arrested in sexual assault case
A motorcyclist is listed in critical condition this morning following an accident Monday in which a motorcycle collided with a car at the intersection of Scott Road and Murrieta Attorney Road in Menifee. The accident was reported at 3 p.m. Monday but the official police report was not released by the Menifee Police Department until this morning. Both roads remained closed for 4 1/2 hours, causing major traffic jams in all directions. According to police, they arrived on scene to find the motorcyclist suffering from major injuries and still on the roadway. Medical help had been summoned and the rider was transported to a nearby hospital via ambulance. The rider, whose identity has not been released, was listed in critical condition in this morning's police report. The investigation revealed the rider was westbound on Scott Road and it appears the rider failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection. The other driver involved was traveling south on Murrieta Attorney Road and had proceeded into the intersection after stopping for the stop sign.

Two ex-players on California high school football team accused of sex crimes
One of them is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday. Officials did not release many details because the students are minors. But according to several websites, they are players on the high school's football team. According to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, one of the suspects is charged with two counts of rape involving two victims and two counts of lewd acts with a girl under 14, three counts of false imprisonment and one count of dissuading a victim from reporting a crime. The second suspect is also facing sexual-related charges but officials wouldn't confirm what those are. Officials say the investigation revealed the incidents allegedly occurred off campus.

The judge ordered the boy facing more serious charges to be detained in juvenile hall and released the other to his parents, the attorney and spokesman said. The two defendants remained enrolled as students, but school administrators told parents that the two boys aren't allowed on campus pending the outcome of the charges against them, officials said. The alleged victims are girls, all minors, and they are still enrolled as students on campus at the Murrieta Attorney Valley Unified Schools, located outside Los Angeles, said district spokeswoman Karen Parris. One boy appeared Tuesday in Juvenile Court to face sex-related and other charges involving a total of six alleged victims, all girls. Two Charged with Sexually Assaulting 14-Year-Old
