Murrieta Man Sentenced To Prison For Fatal Dui Crash

ED MURRIETA: What's ahead for Sacramento Kings concessions

As part of his plea, the defendant admitted he has two prior Riverside County DUI convictions from 2000 and 2007. Webb was driving his truck at about 12:30 p.m. on July 28, 2012, when he entered northbound I-15 the wrong way from the northbound Del Lago offramp and struck Vaughn's Harley-Davidson head-on, according to authorities. Vaughn, a retired neurophysiologist and grandfather of 15, died at the scene. Deputy District Attorney Kelly Mok said Webb's blood-alcohol level was 0.32 percent, nearly four times the legal limit for driving in California. At the time of the collision, prosecutors were reviewing possible charges against Webb after his arrest on July 5, 2012 for allegedly driving under the influence. Webb had also been arrested on June 22, 2012, in Riverside County on suspicion of drunken driving, Mok said.

The plane crashed into a field near Derby, about 20 miles away from Wichita's Mid-Continent Airport. Dufresne ran the World Harvest Church in Murrieta Attorney, but he spent much of his time as a traveling faith healer. "He was a very honorable person, and one thing that I appreciated, he was a very loving individual to me in particular. I don't know how he was with other people, but he was kind of a father figure," said Pastor Jim Ames, a friend of Dufresne. The Federal Aviation Administration says the plane was bound for Texas. Dufresne was due to give a talk at a church there.

Clinic expand to serve military in Fallbrook, Temecula

21, 2013 Comments CAMP PENDLETON A $156,000 renovation to expand Camp Pendletons 13 Area Branch Health Clinic is slated for completion later this Fall. The expansion is intended to serve more service members and their families from the Fallbrook, Temecula and Murrieta Attorney areas, so they will not have to drive the additional 12 miles to get to the new Naval Hospital near the main gate, scheduled to open in December. Patients are being seen at the clinic and the pharmacy is open while construction is being completed. The clinic expanded primary care services, adding another family physician and nurse practitioner along with a physician assistant, which will allow the clinic to treat 6,200 patients--more than twice the 2,700 patients it served previously. The clinics pharmacy space was expanded by 40 percent and the immunizations area increased. In addition to primary care, the clinic has a small laboratory, basic radiology and immunization services. The facility includes a Sports Medicine and Reconditioning Team clinic composed of sports medicine and chiropractic services. Occupational therapy services are expected to be added to the current physical therapy clinic.

Service to be held for 'Word Of Faith' movement pastor Edward Dufresne

"But you would be surprised how many people we can fit in here!" LaDonna points at a long table at the entrance which can accommodate ten people; and the one that the three of us are at in a pinch can seat six. Understated, "no frills" practical decor lets the food speak for itself. Pizza is this restaurants specialty and it comes in two styles. New York-style is traditional thin crust pizza thats cut into triangles; Chicago-style pizza is thin with no crust around the edges and is cut into squares. Take your pick from a menu that includes Cheese Pizza, Meat Lovers, Hawaiian with Ham and Pineapple, Vegetarian, Spinach and Philly Cheese Steak. "You wont get a pizza in 10 minutes here, but you will get an awesome pizza!" says LaDonna as she describes the fresh ingredients and care that go into every pizza at Bellas Pizza Villa. If you are not in the mood for a pizza, Bellas Pizza Villa also offers an extensive pasta menu with such choices as Baked Ziti, Manicotti, Tortelline and Ravioli. We started out with a crispy house salad topped with thin slices of onions and drizzled with tangy homemade creamy balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
