Murrieta Valley High School Students On Alert For Sexual Predator

School officials say a 16-year-old girl was driving past the school Thursday morning when a man stopped his car next to her and performed a lewd act near Washington Avenue and Nighthawk Way. The girl described the suspect as a Hispanic male between 30 and 50 years old. Last Thursday, a 15-year-old also reported a similar incident near the school. She was walking to school near Washington Avenue and Vineyard Parkway when a man stopped his car and performed a lewd act. The girl described the suspect as a Hispanic male between 25 and 20 years old. Both teens described the suspect's vehicle as a 1990s compact car with blue oxidized paint. The 15-year-old said the car had dirty tinted windows. The Murrieta Attorney Police Department is investigating both incidents.

2 Murrieta Attorney Boys, Both 17, Charged With Sex Crimes After School Investigation

The names of the two minor suspects are public because of the nature of the crimes they were charged with Monday, Hall said, but KTLA is not identifying them because they are minors. According to Hall, the first boy is charged with: two counts of rape by force or fear in alleged crimes against two separate victims; two counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child under the age of 14, involving a third victim; three counts of false imprisonment involving three additional alleged victims; and one count of dissuading a witness who is one of the alleged rape victims. All of the six alleged victims are underage,Murrieta Attorney Police Department Lt. Tony Conrad said. All alleged crimes occurred off campus, Conrad said.
